I am trying out the WordPress blog for mathematical friendliness and in order to do so I am blogging the solution to the general quadratic formula. My intention is for this to be an interactive learning experience. The reader will, I hope, learn some mathematics, and I hope to learn more about communicating mathematics to the interested layman.
